Terms of service


1. GeneralThese terms of service govern the collaboration between Smart Street and its clients as well as the conditions associated with using Smart Street's services. By using our services, you accept these terms.2. Services and Conditions2.1 Services
Smart Street offers services related to lead generation and marketing. The scope of the services is agreed upon between Smart Street and the client.
2.2 Remote Work
All tasks are performed remotely, and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that Smart Street has access to the necessary information and data to perform the work effectively.
2.3 Ownership
The client obtains full ownership and copyright of all materials created by Smart Street as part of the collaboration three (3) months after the start of the collaboration. Within the first three (3) months, Smart Street retains the right to revoke ownership of the materials if the collaboration is terminated.
3. Pricing and Payment3.1 Pricing
Smart Street receives 10% of the total client value generated through Smart Street’s work.
3.2 Payment
Payment must be made no later than 14 days after receiving a valid end-of-month invoice by Smart Street. All payments are results-based and depend solely on documented and closed leads.
3.2.1 Invoice Verification
Smart Street reserves the right to request and review invoices or other documentation for closed deals generated through Smart Street’s work to ensure accurate calculation of the total client value.
3.2.2 Random Checks on Non-Closed Deals
To ensure transparency and verify the accuracy of reported deal statuses, Smart Street reserves the right to contact potential customers classified as "non-closed" deals as part of random checks. This will be conducted discreetly and in compliance with applicable laws.
3.3 Advertising Costs
Advertising costs are determined in collaboration between Smart Street and the client. These costs are fully borne by the client and not by Smart Street.
3.4 Termination
The client may terminate the collaboration with Smart Street with immediate effect but is obligated to pay for all completed leads up until the time of termination.
4. Liability4.1 Client’s Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing the necessary data and information required for Smart Street to perform its tasks accurately.
4.2 Smart Street’s Responsibility
Smart Street is not liable for indirect losses such as operational downtime, loss of data, or lost profits. Total liability is limited to the fees received for the specific work.
5. Confidentiality5.1 Confidentiality
Both parties are mutually obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding internal information and business relations that they become aware of during the collaboration. This obligation continues even after the collaboration has ended.
6. Changes to Terms6.1 Changes to Terms
Smart Street may make changes to the terms of service if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing well in advance, allowing time to review, ask questions, or decide before the changes take effect.
